Refund policy
In our store, we want your experience to be excellent no matter where you are in the world. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for most international orders.

The item does not meet your reasonable quality expectations.

To process a return:
You must contact us first to receive instructions and the correct return address for your country.
The product must be returned in similar condition to how it was received, including accessories, tags, or packaging whenever possible.
The request must be made within 90 days after confirmed delivery.

If the return is due to our mistake (defective, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the description), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or other reasons not attributable to us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the country.

We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or country.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the customer prefers.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to local import restrictions.
Customs in each country may generate additional fees that we may not always be able to refund.
